Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com, you have entered in a contract to purchase and you will be charged immediately.

Orders DO NOT always ship the same day of purchase. Please allow 48 hours for your order to ship.

Off Road Use
Many items offered for sale through Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com are not manufactured, designed, or sold for any use on public streets and highways and for off-road use only. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

There are risks associated with performance modifications and the use of said modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk.

Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products.

Ordering Procedure
Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com fulfill orders on a first come basis. If your item is not in stock, we will fulfill your order as soon as possible. Some items take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be retu ed for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be retu or that are damaged MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment to be considered. No items will be retu able after 30 days.

Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com does not refund shipping charges

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com we will except the package back and credit you for the retu shipping.

Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com accepts all credit cards with appropriate billing and shipping addresses. Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com does not accept Paypal.com (some occasions), money orders, and wire transfers. All orders can be completed online if applicable or by phone. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of currency exchange rates.

We accept ALL major credit cards including AMEX and DISC.

Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professionals in professional service centers only. All warranty issues should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly.

Price Matching
Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com does not price match with any other store or provider.

Refunds on Shipping Charges

Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com does not refund shipping charges for returned items. Please note that orders which qualified for our Free Shipping Promotion will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges.

Refused Orders / Non-Delivery

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to us will automatically be charged a 15% restocking fee, in addition to all freight charges incurred for the shipment by Performance Race Engineering, PRE Racing, and PRERacing.com.
